Newport Terrace Hall Rental

The beautiful and modern Newport Terrace event, meeting, and conference center.

The Newport Terrace Conference Center resides on a tree-lined lot enabling the building to blend in with its surroundings and the local community. NT entrance 1

The center enjoys having its own full perimeter lighted parking and the entire facility is fully ADA compliant for ease of entry and egress for all of our guests.

The facility is managed by the Bel Air Kay Cee Club Inc. and is available for rentals for a variety of occasions such as birthday and anniversary parties, wedding receptions, formal teas and morning or afternoon business meetings to name a few.

Newport Terrace has two rooms:

The Newport Room: a 60′ x 44′ room with seating capacity for 160 using round or rectangle tables.  There is a centralized platform for a speaker or musicians.

The Columbus Room: a 25′ x 32′ room has a full bar, with seating capacity for 70 using round or rectangle tables.

The facility has a complete modern commercial kitchen and you are free to use the caterer of your choice!
